- Meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at Hawk Park FishHawk Phase 1.

Conditioning Camp Details
This will move your athlete to the next level!
10+ year olds will learn how to run. Prepare yourself for XCountry, Soccer, Football. We will teach you how to run fast, strong and build endurance. You will learn proper nutrition, hydration and injury prevention. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion, personal evaluation and t-shirt at the end of the two week period.

Steve Dunn - Owner of Hit the Trails. 25 years of running experience, Marathoner, Adventure racer, over 150 races completed. Former Newsome High School XCountry and Track Coach. RRCA Certified running coach.
